Detailed review of Sweat app

I decided to try Sweat after a friend recommended it. I went with the PWR Weightlifting program. The sign-up process was smooth, I used the web version on my laptop then downloaded the app to my phone. Integrating with my Apple Watch was straightforward for tracking heart rate. The workout planner is useful for keeping me organized. Support was quick to respond when I had a question about changing programs. The quality of the video instructions is high, and the trainers are clear. I've been using it daily for a few weeks now and it's definitely helping me stay consistent. The recipe library is a nice bonus too, though I haven't used it much yet. Overall, a comprehensive and effective fitness platform.

Easy to get started

Decided to try out the High Intensity Zero Equipment program after seeing some ads. It was really easy to get going, just downloaded the app and picked my program. No fuss. The workouts were tough but good. Definitely felt the burn. Overall a good experience.

Good value for annual plan

I was looking for a fitness app that wouldn't break the bank and Sweat's annual subscription really caught my eye. The 50% saving compared to monthly was a big factor. I signed up for the High Intensity with Kayla program and it felt like a solid investment. The value for money is definitely there.

Reliable workouts, good update

I've been using Sweat for a few years now, mostly the PWR at Home program. This time I tried the Lift with Laura program and it was just as good. The app itself has gotten better over time, feels more consistent. Always reliable for a good workout. That's why I keep coming back.

Solid workouts, minor app bug

I subscribed for the Post-Pregnancy Program and found the content really helpful. The workouts were well-structured and easy to follow at home. Delivery (the app access) was instant, which was great. My only small gripe was that the progress tracker glitched once and didn't save my last session, but a quick refresh fixed it. Otherwise, a very positive experience and good value for the price.

So much fun!

Oh my goodness, I just finished the Yoga with Phyllicia program and it was amazing! The flows were challenging but so relaxing. I felt so good afterwards. I'm already planning my next program, maybe Barre with Britany. Seriously, if you're thinking about it, just do it. You won't regret it!

Can I use the app offline or do I always need internet access for the workouts?

S Sandra E. 2 weeks ago
You can download workouts for offline use! It's great for when you're traveling or don't have good signal.

Hey, thinking of trying Sweat but not sure which program to start with. I'm pretty new to working out, like total beginner status. Any recommendations?

B Betty Jones 4 days ago
Definitely check out the BBG program, especially the High Intensity with Kayla. It's really popular for beginners and builds you up gradually.

Yeah, I started with Low Impact with Kayla and found it super manageable. They have a few options for beginners, just pick what sounds good to you.

Mine connects fine. Pretty handy for not having to look at your phone all the time.

Wondering about the free trial, does it apply to all the programs or just certain ones? Trying to decide if I should jump in.

M Mark Hernandez 1 month ago
The 7-day free trial usually gives you access to everything, so you can try out different trainers and programs to see what you like. That's how it was for me, anyway.

Afaik, it's for the whole app. Just make sure you sign up on the website to get the full trial access, not through the app store.

Is it easy to switch programs once you've started one? Like if I try Kayla's and want to switch to PWR later?

R Rachel Moore 1 month ago
Super easy. There's an option in the app settings to change your program whenever you want. Your progress saves too.

Yeah, I've switched programs a bunch of times. No issues at all.
